ry - The Onsite Client Contact & Delivery Partner serves as the single‑point, onsite leadership role responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of a large‑scale Data Center (DC) Exit program, while owning day‑to‑day client interaction, governance, and delivery assurance. This role is fully accountable for DC exit outcomes, milestone adherence, risk management, and executive‑level communication, ensuring successful completion of legacy data center exit activities in alignment with contractual commitments, governance standards, and compliance require men
ts Key Responsibili
- ties Proven experience managing senior client stakeholders as the single point of contact for complex technology progr
- ams.
Strong client management capability with a track record of building trust, handling escalations, and driving timely decisi - ons.
Extensive people management experience, leading cross‑functional onsite and offshore teams across infrastructure and application doma - ins.
Demonstrated ability to set clear ownership, performance expectations, and accountability across large delivery te - ams.
Led large‑scale programs end to end, with ownership of scope, schedule, budget, and delivery outco - mes.
Deep expertise in program management governance, including planning, execution tracking, and executive report - ing.
Proven risk management experience, proactively identifying delivery, operational, and dependency risks with mitigation pl - ans.
Hands‑on experience managing RAID logs and facilitating risk reviews with client and internal leaders - hip.
Strong decision‑making and escalation management skills to ensure minimal business impact and predictable deliv - ery.
Consistent record of delivering complex programs on time while maintaining high client satisfaction and team mor
ole.
