Client Engagement Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Client Engagement & Delivery Leader to drive strategic client relationships, large-scale delivery, and business growth within the Insurance sector. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who combines executive stakeholder management, delivery excellence, and account growth expertise across Applications, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Cybersecurity services.

Own and grow strategic client relationships within the Insurance industry. Lead large, complex delivery engagements spanning Applications, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Security services. Serve as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CISOs, business executives, and senior stakeholders. Drive account expansion through solution development, opportunity identification, and executive engagement. Support business development activities, including RFPs, proposals, presentations, and solution shaping. Oversee vulnerability management and security governance initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.

Partner with technical and architecture teams to provide strategic guidance and delivery oversight. Lead geographically distributed teams while fostering a high-performance, client-centric culture.

• 10+ years of IT services experience leading enterprise-scale engagements.
• 10+ years of experience working with Insurance clients.
• Strong understanding of Life & Annuities (L&A) and/or Property & Casualty (P&C) domains.
• Experience managing large portfolios covering Applications, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Managed Services.
• Demonstrated success in executive stakeholder management at CIO, CISO, SVP, and business leadership levels.
• Proven track record of account growth, new business development, and client retention.
• Experience leading RFP responses, solution development, and strategic pursuits.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.

• Exposure to Investments, Actuarial, or Corporate Systems within Insurance organizations.
• Experience leading security governance or vulnerability management programs.
• Strong understanding of modern cloud and enterprise technology ecosystems.
