We show up as one team - employees, contractors, and partners - united by respect, curiosity, and follow-through. We’re proud to be the kind of place where people can contribute, learn, and grow together.
Our clients include some of the largest utility and infrastructure organizations in North America - teams who trust us to modernize the systems that keep cities running.

About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Functional Integration Lead to help large organizations implement, upgrade, and get the most out of IBM Maximo (MAS 8/9).
You’ll help connect people, processes, and technology - making sure every solution works smoothly and creates real value for the teams who depend on it.

- Turn business needs into clear plans, documents, and integration designs that developers can act on.
- Work closely with technical and operations teams to keep timelines realistic and results on track.
- Oversee all stages of testing - from early trials to final user approval.
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and delivery teams, keeping communication open and expectations clear.
- Create simple, useful guides, process documents, and training materials.
- Support teams after launch, helping them adjust and get the most value from the system.
- 10+ years of experience with IBM Maximo, including at least 3 years with MAS 8 or 9.
- Experience leading full Maximo projects - from planning and setup to go-live and support - including cloud migrations.
- Strong understanding of key Maximo areas:
Asset, Work, Inventory, Procurement, and Scheduling. - Experience linking Maximo with ERP systems (like Oracle Financials or MS Dynamics) and mobile tools (such as Data Splice or EZMaxMobile).

- IBM Maximo certification (e.g., Deployment Professional - Maximo Manage v8.0) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Worked in complex, highly regulated settings - like utilities, energy, or government - and know how to move projects forward while meeting strict requirements.
- Familiar with tools like Red Hat Open Shift or Service Now and understand how cloud-based systems fit into larger enterprise environments.
- Skilled at keeping teams connected and productive, even when they’re spread across different locations or organizations.
- Document your work, share what you learn, and help people adapt to change - because progress only sticks when everyone understands it.
- Be part of transformation projects that make a visible impact for major companies.
