Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources for analysis and reporting purposes.
• Provide recommendations and actionable insights based on data analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and support data-driven decision-making.
• Work closely with various teams to ensure seamless data integration and support data-related projects.
• Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to maintain data integrity and consistency.
• Establish data quality standards, data definitions, and data classification protocols.
• Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders/ authorities as per established timelines.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL, Python) for extraction, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting (experience with formulas, pivot tables, and complex data sets).
• Proven track record of delivering actionable insights that drive business results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and capable of conveying complex data insights to diverse audiences.
• Proactive and self-motivated with an ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Power BI is a plus.
• Experience in machine learning and advanced analytics is a plus.
• Familiarity with data modeling and warehousing concepts.
