Security Sales Senior Manager – Accenture Security
As a Security Sales Senior Manager, you will spearhead Accenture Security’s growth strategy for Midmarket clients, with the USA as the primary focus and the engine driving regional expansion. In this client‑facing role, you will originate, shape, and close cybersecurity deals that leverage Accenture Cybersecurity Midmarket offerings.
Qualifications- Proven track record selling security services into Midmarket clients.
- Strong executive presence with CISOs, CIOs, COOs, and Boards.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity services and the challenges faced by Midmarket companies; drive revenue growth by owning and exceeding sales targets for Accenture Security offerings across Cyber Defense, Cloud Security, Identity & Access Management, and Risk & Compliance.
- Combine sales leadership, security expertise, and executive engagement skills to position Accenture as the trusted partner for security reinvention among midsize companies with revenue between $500M and $7B.
- Originate and close deals:
Lead the full sales cycle—from opportunity identification to deal shaping and negotiation—focused on high‑value, complex security solutions for Midmarket clients. - Own and deliver Midmarket security sales targets and revenue growth.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of high‑value opportunities.
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles and contract negotiations.
- Executive‑level engagement:
Build trusted relationships with C‑suite and senior stakeholders to uncover strategic security needs and influence buying decisions. - Help develop strategic accounts and partner‑led opportunities.
- Position security offerings against regulatory, resilience, and risk drivers.
- Collaborate globally with Market Unit and Global teams to leverage Accenture’s worldwide capabilities and deliver integrated solutions.
- Develop and execute go‑to‑market plans tailored for the Market Unit, leveraging Accenture’s global expertise and local insights.
- Thought leadership:
Position Accenture as a security innovator by sharing insights on emerging threats, regulatory trends, and AI‑driven security solutions.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
CompensationCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below. We anticipate this job posting will be posted until 06/29/2026.
- Annual salary range: $122,700 to $187,800 (California, Cleveland, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Washington).
