About the roleEverest is seeking a hands‑on Sr. Manager, Workday HR Reporting & Analytics to advance our reporting and analytics capabilities.
What You’ll Do Data Governance- Champion data governance, data quality and data accuracy.
- Maintain data definitions (dictionary).
- Perform reporting audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimal performance.
- Triage requests and assess requirements, scope, and prioritization.
- Ensure proper report security and user access.
- Lead support, administration, and continuous improvement of Human Resources reporting processes and service delivery.
- Plan and develop reporting and analytics projects based on business requirements.
- Deliver executive‑ready reports, dashboards, presentations, and insights using Workday, Power BI, Excel, etc.
- Develop Workday reporting solutions using calculated fields, discovery boards, worksheets, and other analytics capabilities.
- Conduct data extracts, analyze and infer insights to guide business decisions.
- Review system upgrades to determine impact, conduct testing, and recommend enhancements.
- Serve as SME for Human Resources reporting used internally or externally.
- Research new Workday & Power BI reporting functionality to meet user needs.
- Provide clear interpretation of HR data and recommendations.
- Partner with team members to develop creative data and insights solutions for leaders, employees, and HR professionals.
- Partner with 3rd‑party consultants to produce annual government reporting (e.g., EEO‑1, VETS).
- 5+ years experience in Workday report writing, discovery boards, data sources, calculated fields, and security.
- Experience with Workday PRISM and Power BI.
- Working knowledge of Workday HCM.
- Experience in Human Resources, quantitative data analysis, and data stewardship.
- Expertise in inferring trends and insights from employee data.
- Ability to transform business requirements into operational reports.
- Program and project management skills; ability to oversee multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Strong collaborative and consulting skills.
- Strong communication skills; experience communicating at executive level.
- College degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics) preferred.
- Base salary $116,000 – $175,000 annually.
