Business System Analyst II

Rutgers University is hiring a Business System Analyst II. This role involves overseeing, planning, and supporting Document Management and Banner SIS applications, acting as a liaison between university departments and the Office of Information Technology to deliver solutions that improve efficiency and collaboration. The analyst evaluates business systems and user needs, documents requirements, and leads communication from initial requirements through final implementation while staying informed on technological trends.

• Manage and support Document Management systems (Perceptive Content, Docusign) and Banner SIS integrations.
• Serve as liaison between business units and Office of Information Technology (OIT).
• Gather and analyze IT business needs, improve processes, and facilitate stakeholder communication.
• Experience with system integrations, data mapping, testing, and production support required.
• Familiarity with integration tools, APIs, SSO, middleware, SQL, and reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field required; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of five years’ experience with enterprise EDM/ECM, ERP, and SIS platforms required.
• Preferred experience includes administration of Perceptive Content, Banner, Docusign, and workflow automation tools.
• Salary range: $92,722 to $133,206 annually, with final offer based on qualifications and experience.
