Role Overview
Lead the transformation of SHI's enterprise IT Asset Management program, designing and maturing processes for hardware, software, and cloud assets. Partner with IT teams to modernize workflows in Service Now and elevate ITAM maturity.
What You Will Do- Design and implement end-to-end asset lifecycle processes.
- Build and mature ITAM capabilities, drive governance and standardization, and establish SAM capabilities.
- Modernize and integrate workflows in Service Now, extending HAM and SAM functionality.
This role requires transformation leadership, process building, ownership mindset, structured problem solving, cross‑functional influencing, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has deep Service Now expertise, experience in HAM and SAM, and strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Requirements- Deep Service Now expertise, including HAM Pro, SAM Pro, and CMDB integration.
- Proven ability to design and transform ITAM workflows within Service Now.
- Strong experience in Hardware Asset Management (inventory, lifecycle tracking, refresh planning).
- Strong experience in Software Asset Management (license compliance, optimization, SaaS management).
- Deep understanding of full asset lifecycle management across hardware and software.
- Experience managing vendor licensing and audit readiness.
- Demonstrated process transformation and operating model design experience.
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
- Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM integration points.
