Role:
Technical BA with AI
-Preference for W2 candidates
Location: (NJ/NY/PA-Hybrid)
Key skills: Business Analysis, process design, digital transformation, AI technologies - including LLMs, Generative AI tools, Agentic AI, enterprise AI platforms, Familiarity with Mar Tech platforms
Required Qualifications- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, process design, digital transformation, or marketing/marketing technology operations.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience working with AI technologies - including LLMs, Generative AI tools, or automation platforms - in a business or enterprise context.
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous, real‑world business workflows into structured, actionable specifications (process flows, BRDs, user stories, or equivalent).
- Working knowledge of Agentic AI concepts including multi‑agent workflows, RAG (retrieval‑augmented generation), tool/function calling, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - equally effective with business executives and technical teams.
- Comfortable operating in regulated environments with sensitivity to compliance, data privacy, and responsible AI requirements.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or another regulated industry preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Mar Tech platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo Engage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AI tools such as Gradial, Figma, Norm AI or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of Python, REST APIs, or data pipeline fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management practices
