Salesforce Solution Architect ​/ Functional Lead

As part of an ongoing Salesforce optimization and enhancement initiative, we are looking for a senior Salesforce Solution Architect / Functional Lead to serve as the bridge between business requirements and the Salesforce platform.

The consultant will take a proactive, hands-on role in reducing the enhancement backlog, improving cross-system data flows, supporting production issues, and maximizing the use of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
.

• Lead functional solution architecture across Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and functional designs
• Drive backlog grooming, prioritization, L1/L2 support resolution, and enhancement delivery
• Partner closely with the Delivery Lead while providing architectural and functional direction
• Design and optimize Experience Cloud portals
  , including scheduling, customer profiles, invoice management, and future e-commerce capabilities
• Manage functional data flows and integrations, including Hub Spot-to-Salesforce lead routing and multiple downstream operating systems
• Create and maintain SOPs supporting proposal management, platform governance, and operational consistency
• Guide and unblock the Offshore Salesforce Developer through daily requirements and solution reviews
• Support document generation, eSignature, and storage workflows using Conga, Docu Sign, and AWS
• Design scalable Salesforce data models and prepare the platform for future growth

• 8–10+ years of overall IT/business experience
• 5–7+ years of Salesforce experience
• Strong hands-on expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Strong Salesforce functional architecture and solution design experience
• Experience with Flow Builder, Process Builder, Data Loader, Workbench, and Salesforce Inspector
• Strong understanding of data architecture, integrations, ETL, Snowflake, and data fabrics
• Experience integrating Salesforce with Hub Spot and downstream enterprise systems
• Experience with Conga Composer and Docu Sign eSignature
• Strong experience with Jira, Rally, Confluence, Lucidchart, and/or Visio
• Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on with configuration, troubleshooting, and delivery
• Experience coordinating with offshore development teams

• Working Hours: US hours with daily crossover with Offshore Developer in India
