Senior Manager, Human Resources Information System

• Partner with functional HR teams, IT, and executive stakeholders to design and deliver strategic HR technology initiatives
• Translate business objectives into strategic requirements and technology roadmaps
• Deliver and optimize Workday Talent Acquisition and Learning solutions
• Implement and optimize Workday AI and machine learning features, including Sana, Agentic AI, conversational agents, predictive analytics, and smart hubs
• Research and evaluate AI vendors and tools for HR, and configure Workday integrations
• Lead cross-functional technical teams in designing cohesive, end-to-end talent and learning configurations
• Define and track KPIs measuring business value and ROI from Workday configurations
• Advise senior leadership on HR technology investments, process optimization, and change management
• Communicate technical architectures and AI concepts to executive audiences
• Mentor the team and business on Workday modules and AI capabilities
• Manage Workday and external integration partner relationships

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
• Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience or specialized training
• Experience designing and optimizing Workday Recruiting and/or Learning modules
• Experience designing and configuring business processes, validation rules, calculated fields, and/or automated routing and notification frameworks
• Understanding of Workday integration tools, including EIBs, Cloud Connect, Web Services, and/or APIs
• Project management experience
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time
• Configuration knowledge of Workday Learning, Recruiting, Sana, and Workday Skills Cloud
• Technical competency configuring, tuning, and auditing advanced HR AI systems, including Workday Sana AI, Hired Score, and Paradox
• Ability to present to senior executives and translate technical architecture into business outcomes
• Strong analytical skills for mapping end-to-end talent life cycles and identifying system consolidation and process automation opportunities
• Knowledge of global AI compliance regulations and data privacy frameworks related to automated hiring, learning, and talent screening
• Mastery of Software Development Lifecycle methodologies within SaaS environments
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Sprint planning, and scrum ceremonies
• Workday Pro Certifications

Demonstrates expertise in configuring and optimizing Workday Talent Acquisition and Learning solutions, along with advanced HR AI systems. Proven ability to translate technical architectures into strategic business outcomes while mentoring teams and managing cross-functional relationships.
