VP​/FVP, Loan Reporting & Analytics

JCW Group is partnering with an established bank in their search for a VP/ FVP level Loan Reporting & Analytics professional. The goal is to identify a strong project and loan reporting leader to join the team while taking ownership of initiatives spanning lending operations, reporting, analytics, technology, and process improvement. This is a great opportunity for someone who understands both the business side of lending operations and the technology/data side of transformation.

• Lead multiple strategic projects across lending operations, technology, reporting, analytics, and process improvement.
• Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and external partners to drive projects from requirements through implementation.
• Build and enhance reporting and analytics solutions to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to streamline processes and workflows.
• Improve operational processes, controls, reporting accuracy, and efficiency.
• Lead system enhancements, testing, data mapping, integrations, and release validation

• Bachelor’s degree qualified with 5 years minimum experience in commercial lending/ loan servicing, loan operations, project management, or a related financial services environment.
• 3+ years leading projects, implementations, process improvement initiatives, or technology-related efforts.
• Strong reporting and analytics experience, including Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Experience using AI or automation tools to improve reporting, workflows, or business processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
