Senior Technology Manager – Asset & Configuration Management

• Build and lead a team delivering technology products and services aligned with business outcomes
• Develop technology strategy and ensure solutions comply with applicable standards
• Promote design, engineering, organizational, Agile, and modern solution delivery practices
• Coach, mentor, provide feedback, and support hands‑on career development
• Partner with Product Owners and Configuration Managers to maintain CMDB data integrity
• Drive compliance with CSDM‑aligned service modeling standards
• Coordinate implementation and governance of Golden Configuration Standards
• Monitor configuration compliance performance and configuration drift reporting
• Review compliance findings and coordinate remediation activities
• Track policy exceptions and risk acceptance approvals
• Measure compliance performance against established targets
• Build and manage teams, including workforce strategy, hiring, training, maturity objectives, and quality objectives
• Facilitate employee and team performance and career development through reviews, coaching, and development plans
• Manage solution delivery and application performance in production, including app health, resiliency, performance, security, enterprise data management standards, audit exams, and reviews
• Manage business and technology partner relationships and lead Communities of Practice
• Contribute to technology strategy for the technical domain
• Create an inclusive and healthy working environment and resolve organizational impediments
• Align execution with product strategy by working with product management and stakeholders
• Manage team/program resources and finances; acquire and develop talent
• Ensure complete and accurate technology asset inventory across Network Services
• Govern asset onboarding, ownership assignment, lifecycle management, and retirement
• Validate inventory completeness against approved products and services
• Monitor technology lifecycle, end‑of‑life, and end‑of‑support compliance
• Escalate inventory gaps, ownership issues, and data quality deficiencies
• Govern Configuration Item lifecycle management
• Ensure CMDB relationships accurately represent network services, products, and infrastructure
• Monitor CI completeness, ownership, support assignments, and service mappings
• Fulfill managerial responsibilities including inclusion leadership, process and data management, enterprise communication, risk management, people coaching, financial stewardship, talent leadership, and business‑outcome delivery

• 3-5 years' experience in risk identification and assessments, data quality control, and implementation
• 5+ years' experience in asset identification and discovery practices
• 3-5 years' experience in configuration item definitions, attributes, and required business relationships for delivery
• 5+ years' experience in asset lifecycle management from procure to disposal, including configuration verification and audits
• Experience with Service Now Asset Configuration Management Database
• 5+ years' experience in Bank of America Technology Policy, standards, and procedure, specifically compliance monitoring, reporting, and escalations
• 3+ years' experience in control testing and evidence collection of audits
• Knowledge of process management, asset configuration management, governance risk, and technology compliance
• Skills in risk management, solution design, stakeholder management, technical strategy development, analytical thinking, application development, collaboration, result orientation, solution delivery process, and virtualization
• Ability to work 1st shift in the United States of America, 40 hours per week

Demonstrates expertise in asset lifecycle management, configuration item governance, and compliance monitoring, with a strong focus on risk management and technology strategy development. Proven ability to lead teams, drive organizational performance, and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
