Client-Facing Corporate Attorney Role within a Fun & Supportive Midsize Firm Culture

Are you a corporate/M&A attorney who wants more client contact, meaningful responsibility, and a genuinely supportive and entrepreneurial team?

Our agency is working with a growing law firm that is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join their expanding practice. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with business clients and wants to step into the role of true outside counsel for mid-size and large companies.

• Handle a broad range of corporate transactions
  , including M&A, entity formations, restructuring, and general corporate governance
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts
• Serve as a trusted advisor to company leadership, providing practical, business-oriented legal guidance
• Work directly with clients every day — this role is very client-facing
• Collaborate with an energetic team of attorneys who support each other and share work freely

• 4–7+ years of corporate transactional experience
• Solid background in M&A, business transactions and commercial contracts
• Ability to manage deals and communicate clearly with sophisticated business clients
• Someone who wants responsibility, mentorship, and the chance to grow quickly within a thriving practice
• Have both buy side and sell side experience
