Overview

Our client, a well-established Camden County law firm, is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support a busy Labor & Employment litigation practice. This role will provide direct support to 3–4 attorneys and is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Salary Range: $50,000–$60,000 (commensurate with experience)

• Provide comprehensive litigation support to Labor & Employment attorneys
• Manage electronic discovery and document production
• Handle e-filing in New Jersey and Pennsylvania courts
• Maintain attorney calendars, deadlines, and court dates
• Prepare, revise, and proofread legal documents with a high level of accuracy
• Prioritize and manage multiple assignments independently with minimal supervision

• 2–6 years of litigation experience as a legal assistant or legal secretary
• Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word; working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Kofax PDF and legal document management systems
• Familiarity with Perfect Law is a plus
• Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
