Sodexo is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to manage purchasing operations for our food team at HMH Jersey Shore Medical Center located in Neptune City, New Jersey
.
Jersey Shore Medical Center operates with approximately 700 beds, serving as a major regional academic medical center. Specific recent data indicates it has 628 staffed beds and includes an 88-bed children's hospital.

The Purchasing Manager will direct and oversee all purchasing, procurement, and inventories for the food service department. The Purchasing Manager will come with a culinary background, experience leading kitchen operations, teams, and inventory management.

• oversee all procurement, purchasing, and inventory management for food service department

• assist in managing pricing structure to meet food cost goals
• analyze procurement and financial data
• manage day to day supplier communications
• monitor and control product inventory levels
• implements procurement strategy and policies
