- Manage budgets and support cost-saving initiatives
- Mentor and grow engineering staff with a mindset of ownership and accountability
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership and team-building experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong project management background including Cap Ex initiatives
- Experience with continuous improvement, lean systems, and process optimization
- High-level business acumen—ability to analyze costs, plan capital projects, and make ROI-driven decisions
- Background in high-volume manufacturing; plastics is a plus but NOT required
- Strategic thinker with strong follow-up and a sense of urgency
- Someone who enjoys leading from the front and developing people
Technical & Soft Skills Required
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing
- Strong command of engineering principles, equipment troubleshooting, tooling, and materials
- Deep understanding of GMP, ISO 9001, 5S, root cause analysis
- Excellent communicator—verbal and written
- Proficient in CAD, 3D drawings, Microsoft Office, and engineering tools
- Strong critical thinking, flexibility, and hands-on approach to problem solving
This is an opportunity to join a company that invests heavily in technology, people, and quality.
They are competitive because they are efficient, smart, and focused—and they are looking for a leader who embodies that same mindset.
