Production Manager

We are partnering with a fast-growing, high-volume company seeking a Production Manager to support expanding product divisions and overseas factory partnerships. This is a fully onsite role in New Jersey and will play a key role in managing production across multiple categories as the business continues to scale.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full production lifecycle from order placement through final delivery
• Oversee production across 10–12+ categories and approximately 20 overseas factories (China-based)
• Partner with a small internal production team handling significant incoming volume
• Track production timelines, approvals, and deliverables using a fully integrated web-based system
• Communicate daily with international factories to ensure quality, compliance, and on-time delivery
• Support category expansion across soft goods, home, bath, housewares, food storage, beach, storage/organization, and pet (Mass
  - Market & Off-Price & International)
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
• Ensure production aligns with cost, margin, and quality expectations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support business needs

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in production management within a high-volume environment
• Strong overseas factory management experience, particularly with China-based production
• Comfortable managing multiple categories and fast turnaround timelines
• Experience working within integrated, web-based production systems
• Open to candidates with people management or production leadership backgrounds
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-oriented
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
