General Manager – Plastic Injection Moulding (Medical / Cleanroom)

📍 NJ (25 minutes outside Philadelphia)

We’re working with a private equity–backed manufacturing business looking for a strong operational leader to run one of their plastic injection moulding sites in New Jersey.

The title says General Manager.

In reality? They want a serious Plant Leader
.

This is a medical / cleanroom-focused injection moulding and assembly operation — so if your background is high-volume commodity plastics, this won’t be the right fit.

This site supports regulated, medical-device customers. That means:

• Audit readiness
• Documentation rigor
• Tight process control
• Real accountability to OEMs

You’ll have full operational responsibility for the site — production, engineering, quality, maintenance, people, performance, and customer interface.

If you’re already running injection moulding operations well… you don’t move for a title.
