As Packer you’ll be working to support the plant’s day‑to‑day operations. You’ll be supported by your team with possibilities to grow into a Manufacturing Professional and directly impact the quality of our products – helping to improve real lives.

• Work from system packing schedule to generate labels for batch and label all shipping containers prior to filling. Stage empty packing containers and set up pumps and hoses.
• Use SAP to locate and transfer raw materials from production and warehouse for pack outs.
• Bring raw materials from warehouse and production to packing area for pack out using forklifts as required.
• Place shipping containers on scale and fill according to the order requirements using a variety of methods according to batch size.
• Install bung or flex spout on filled container, using appropriate tool, and clean exterior of container. Place filled container on pallet to be moved to shipping area when order is complete. Bring completed batch to shipping area using forklift as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, and adhere to safety regulations and procedures, understanding the hazards of handling the various chemicals.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2‑3 years of manufacturing or industrial work experience.
• Minimum two years' experience of forklift driving and warehouse experience.
• Working knowledge of inventory control systems.
• Ability to handle heavy materials, including drums (lifting requirement up to 60 lbs.).

Hourly rate: $20.50–$23.00 per hour.
