Hours:

M-F 6a to 3:00pm (occasional weekends during production)

Requirements

+ 5+ year of QA or food manufacturing experience (dry/powders/bakery/spice)

+ Experienced in GMPs, HACCP, and food safety standards

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Good communication and problem-solving abilities (bi lingual Spanish is a plus)

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

+ Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office

+ Ability to work on the production floor throughout the shift

+ High school/GED minimum or Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology

+ Must have car, no mass transit

Responsibilities

+ Perform routine quality checks and inspections throughout production and warehouse areas

+ Monitor compliance with GMPs, food safety policies, and company procedures

+ Conduct line checks, product evaluations, and in-process inspections

+ Collect and document quality data accurately and timely

+ Verify product labeling, packaging, coding, and specifications

+ Monitor sanitation and housekeeping standards throughout the facility

+ Assist with product holds, releases, and non-conformance investigations

+ Support environmental monitoring and allergen control programs

+ Report quality and food safety concerns to management promptly

+ Maintain accurate quality records and documentation

+ Assist with internal audits and audit preparation activities

+ Participate in corrective action and continuous improvement initiatives

+ Support employee GMP and food safety compliance efforts
