Salary Range: $18.00 To $20.00 Hourly

JOB TYPE: Full-time

DEPARTMENT: Flovent - 515

REPORTS TO: Manager

The Assembler will be performing light assembly work with plastic and sheet metal parts.

• Assemble items as instructed by supervisor/manager.
• Follow all safety rules and quality standards including all company policies and procedures.
• Perform job assignments in a safe and productive manner while maintaining high quality levels.
• Adhere to standardized work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
• Keep work areas clean and organized while taking care of all equipment and facilities.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Has r udimentary mechanical ability and understanding.
• Experience with using small hand tools.
• Ability to use screw guns, air tools, pop-riveter, belt sanders, a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced high volume production environment under tight time constraints.
• Must possess an understanding of production procedures.
• High level of attention to detail
• Must have excellent time management skills and work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.

• Must be able to stand continuously for long periods of time.
• Prolonged periods of pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying materials.
