Cut, sort, and clean meat products, including raw pig and cow materials, according to established procedures and specifications;
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with cGMP requirements;
Sanitize clean rooms and manufacturing areas regularly to maintain a controlled and compliant environment;
Operate and calibrate production equipment as directed, following all applicable SOPs and batch records;
Support filling and packaging of medical devices, ensuring correct labeling, documentation, and handling
