Sr Facility Maintenance Technician

Role:
Senior Facility Maintenance Technician responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems in a cGMP medical device manufacturing plant. Objectives include ensuring optimal equipment performance and compliance with regulatory standards.

• perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing process equipment (autoclaves, mills, mixers), facility utilities (steam, water, HVAC, waste treatment), and refrigeration systems
• manage documentation per cGMP
• support SOP updates
• provide emergency technical support
• assist in equipment procurement and installation.

• minimum 10 years' experience in facility maintenance within medical device or pharmaceutical industries
• thorough knowledge of WFI water systems, clean steam, hot water, compressed air, and troubleshooting electrical/mechanical/pneumatic systems
• proficiency with PID drawings and electrical schematics
• strong problem-solving and communication skills
• ability to work independently and on emergency standby

• familiarity with condensate return, steam traps, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

first shift, Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm; on-call and overtime availability for emergencies.

expertise in cGMP environments, medical device manufacturing utility systems, and compliance with OSHA and federal/state regulations.
