We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team in New Jersey, USA. This is a part-time position, with a commitment of 20 hours per week. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and materials
• Create and manage content for our website, social media, and other digital platforms
• Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows and other industry events
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our marketing strategies are relevant and effective

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the oil and gas industry
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with digital marketing, including social media, email campaigns, and content creation
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
