Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives in a highly structured, process-driven environment. This role focuses on coordination, compliance, and execution across marketing projects, events, and materials, ensuring work moves efficiently from planning through delivery.

• Coordinate day‑to‑day marketing operations and project execution
• Manage internal review workflows for marketing materials, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely approvals
• Act as a liaison between marketing and internal review partners
• Support the planning and execution of events and conferences
• Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals across multiple initiatives
• Coordinate production and distribution of marketing materials
• Work with external vendors and partners to support execution
• Maintain organized records, documentation, and asset tracking

• Hands‑on experience managing MRC / MLR promotional review processes in a regulated environment
• 3+ years of experience in medical marketing coordination, marketing operations, or project coordination
• Experience working in process‑heavy or regulated environments
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Comfort working cross‑functionally with multiple teams

$70,000 - $80,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications.
