Espirita is seeking experienced and qualified Long-Term Acute Care Registered Nurses to join the team at a respected healthcare facility in New Jersey. This opportunity is part of a long-term placement program designed to support skilled professionals in delivering complex care to medically fragile patients in a specialized acute care setting.

Registered Nurses in the LTAC setting will provide extended, high-acuity care to patients with serious medical conditions requiring prolonged hospitalization. Nurses will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to manage complex treatment plans and support recovery.

• Administer medications and manage advanced clinical equipment
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• NCLEX‑RN passed or in progress
• Minimum of 24 months recent acute care experience, preferably in LTAC or similar settings
• Willingness to relocate to New Jersey for a minimum of three years

• Hourly Rate: $38–$40 USD, based on experience
• Healthcare Coverage: Full medical, dental, and vision
