Complete Care at Fair Lawn Edge | Paterson, NJ Now Hiring: RN/ LPN WKND Nurse Supervisor - Every Other WKND shift:
Per Diem, 12-hr. Day Shift (7a-7p) Come join our team as a Per-Diem Weekend Nurse Supervisor (Every Other Weekend)!
Compensation: $39-$41 for LPN licensure / $45-$50 for RN licensure
What You’ll Do:- Supervise and support CNAs, LPNs, and RNs
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure excellent outcomes
- Manage clinical operations and mentor staff
- Lead with empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- MUST HAVE:
Valid/ Active NJ RN/ LPN license - MUST HAVE: LTC Experience and previous supervisory experience
- A team player, coach, and calm problem-solver
- Point Click Care experience
- Computer savvy
