Now Hiring: RN / LPN WKND Nurse Supervisor - Every Other WKND
Come join our team as a Per-Diem Weekend Nurse Supervisor (Every Other Weekend)!
Compensation: $39-$41 for LPN licensure / $45-$50 for RN licensure
Shift: Per Diem, 12-hr. Day Shift (7a-7p)
What You’ll Do:- Supervise and support CNAs, LPNs, and RNs.
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure excellent outcomes.
- Manage clinical operations and mentor staff.
- Lead with empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
- MUST HAVE: Valid/Active NJ RN or LPN license.
- MUST HAVE: Long-Term Care experience and previous supervisory experience.
- A team player, coach, and calm problem-solver.
- Point Click Care experience.
- Computer savvy.
