ResponsibilitiesResponsible for utilizing the Nursing Process in a collaborative manner to plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in accordance with their scope of practice. Supports the goals and philosophy of the Department of Nursing within the St. Joseph’s Healthcare System and on the assigned unit.
QualificationsKnowledge of theories, principles, and concepts normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or closely related field preferred. Licensure required as a Registered Nurse by the State of New Jersey. Successful completion of a departmental orientation and departmental certifications such as BLS (Basic Life Support) at time of hire or within 6 months of hire.
