Spanish-Bilingual Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Position Details – Paterson, NJJoin a Private Pediatric Group Practice (Established for 31+ Years )
- Hiring 2nd Nurse Practitioner (Spanish-bilingual)
- Fast-paced outpatient pediatric setting
- 2-story facility with plans to expand to 4-5 additional exam rooms and future staffing growth
- EMR: eClinical
Works with AI scribe technology - Lab Corp onsite lab collection (specimens sent out)
- Affiliated with St. Joseph’s; owner has privileges with Hackensack
- Meaningful opportunity to serve a predominantly Spanish-speaking patient population
Schedule & Clinical Details for the Spanish-Bilingual Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
- Scheduling Options:
Full-time (5 days/week) or part-time (2-3 days/week) - Office hours:
Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM - No hospital duties – no hospital rounding or C/D attendances
- Outpatient-only call coverage – only when covering another physician’s absence (very minimal)
- Large Spanish-speaking patient population;
Spanish fluency preferred, not required - Currently closed on weekends, with potential future expansion to rotating Saturday half days
Compensation & Benefits for the Spanish-Bilingual Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Full-Time Compensation
- $120,000–$130,000 base salary (negotiable upon experience)
Part-Time Compensation (Negotiable Upon Experience and Hours)
- 2 days/week (~16 hrs): ~$48,000
- 3 days/week (~24 hrs): ~$72,000

- Active Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (APRN) certification (Preference in Primary Care Pediatrics)
- PNP only, currently not hiring for PAs
- Eligible for or currently holding a New Jersey medical license
