Overview
Candidates must have pediatrics experience. Part of the Peds Pulmonary team. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. No weekends, no holidays. Once established, you would work one 5:00 PM clinic (last appointment at 5:00 PM) per week.
Locations- Majority of time would be spent at the Getty Ave., Paterson clinic. Time would also be spent at the Rochelle Park and Wayne locations. Also responsible for peds pulmonary with attention to the Cystic Fibrosis Grant and population.
- Oversee the care of a defined patient population as a dominant aspect of the role and be recognized as an interdisciplinary leader within the specialty.
- Enact standards of practice and standards of professional performance; consistently demonstrate the core competencies of advanced practice nursing as well as defined specialty competencies.
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications, granted through the American Heart Association (effective January 2019).
