Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
Complete Care Fair Lawn Edge (Paterson, NJ)
Full-Time 1st Shift (8 hours) + 1 Weekend Per Month
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Responsibilities- Be part of a dynamic and supportive team that values collaboration and excellence in resident care.

- Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership/Supervisor experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.

- PCC Experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team with empathy and precision.
