Rate: $40.42-$47.63 (varies based on experience and licensure)

Responsibilities Rn/ Lpn Night Nurse Weekend Supervisor

• Administering treatments and documentation
• Complete assessments to determine the resident's needs
• Counsel patient's family in meeting nursing related needs
• Ensuring patient records are filled out and accurate
• Following security measures to ensure patients' information is safe and confidential
• Managing discharge documents, patient health history forms, admission/discharge documents
• All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing

Qualifications Rn/ Lpn Night Nurse Weekend Supervisor

• Must have an active/valid LPN/RN license in the state of NJ
• Rn/Lpn experience in LTC setting
• Supervisory experience
• Point Click Care experience
