Doctors Subacute Healthcare + Rehab in Passaic, NJ seeks a Weekend Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing and rehab setting. The LPN will provide direct bedside care, administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, and accurately document in the EHR. Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to support individualized care plans, rehab goals, and long-term care needs.

Ensure infection control, safety, and clear communication with residents and families while upholding a culture of dignity, respect, and clinical excellence.
