RN ​/ LPN Weekend Supervisor

Join our skilled nursing team as an
RN / LPN Weekend Supervisor
and lead with compassion, clinical excellence, and professionalism. We are looking for an experienced RN / LPN who thrives in a fast-paced SNF environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care while supporting nursing staff during weekend operations.

Currently hiring forFull Time (12 hours shift):7AM-7PM and 7PM-7AM.

• Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts

• Ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility standards

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Respond to changes in resident conditions and care concerns

• Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams

• Maintainaccuratedocumentation and infection control compliance

• Assist with staffing coordination and daily nursing operations

• Active RN / LPN license in the state of New Jersey

• PreviousSNF supervisory experience preferred

• Strong leadership, clinical assessment, and communication skills

• Sub-acute experience preferred
