Now Hiring: RN/LPN Weekend Day Nurse Supervisor
- Every Other WKND Shift: Per Diem, 12-hr. Day Shift (7a-7p)
Come join our team as a Per-Diem RN/LPN Weekend Day Nurse Supervisor (Every Other Weekend)!
Compensation: $39-$41 for LPN licensure/ $45-$50 for RN licensure
RN/LPN Weekend Day Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities:- Supervise and support CNAs, LPNs, and RNs
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure excellent outcomes
- Manage clinical operations and mentor staff
- Lead with empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude
Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE:
Valid/ Active NJ RN/ LPN license - MUST HAVE: LTC Experience and previous supervisory experience
- Reliable, Communicative, Hard-Working, Dedicated
- A team player, coach, and calm problem-solver
- Point Click Care experience
- Computer savvy
