Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (Pnp)
A well-established, family-owned pediatric practice in Paterson, New Jersey is seeking a pediatric nurse practitioner (pnp) to join its growing team. The practice has proudly served the community for over 30 years and maintains a strong, loyal patient base. This is a 100% outpatient position with no inpatient rounding, deliveries, or call responsibilities, providing an excellent work-life balance. The practice offers flexible full-time or part-time scheduling, with optional Saturday coverage available.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in nursing from an accredited program
- Certification as a pediatric nurse practitioner (pnp) or family nurse practitioner (fnp)
- Active or eligible for new jersey nurse practitioner licensure
- Current dea registration (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered pediatric care

Compensation & benefits:
- Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 annually (based on experience)
