RN/LPN Weekend Nurse Supervisors Open Positions:
Weekend Day Nurse Supervisor: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
Weekend Night Nurse Supervisor: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Schedule: Every weekend or every other weekend
Status: Per Diem
LPN Licensure: $39–$41/hour
RN Licensure : $45–$50/hour
Supervise and support CNAs, LPNs, and RNs
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to promote excellent patient outcomes
Oversee clinical operations and mentor staff
Lead with empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude
Serve as a calm, effective problem-solver for staff and residents
Qualifications:
Valid, active NJ RN or LPN license required
LTC experience required
Previous supervisory experience required
Reliable, communicative, dedicated, and hardworking
Strong team player with effective coaching and leadership skills
Point Click Care experience preferred
Computer proficient
