Our 174-bed center offers long-term care and therapy services for young individuals with neurological impairments.

As an LPN at Crest Haven Nursing and Rehab, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care
• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Possess a current LPN license in the state of New Jersey
• Have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices
• Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time wisely
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team
