Responsibilities
Prepare and compound sterile medications in accordance with established safety guidelines and regulatory standards.
Maintain proficiency in aseptic technique and continuously ensure compliance with sterile compounding practices.
Support inventory management by assisting with ordering, receiving, and maintaining medications and supplies.
Identify and help resolve issues related to compounding equipment, systems, or processes.
Complete routine cleaning, environmental monitoring, and documentation to maintain a compliant sterile environment.
Collaborate with the team to prioritize and respond to compounding requests in a timely manner.
Stay up to date on training and best practices related to sterile compounding through ongoing education and hands‑on practice.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $26.00/hr.
