- $60,000 annually
- Coordinate product testing requirements, including safety, performance, stability, compatibility, and other required evaluations.
- Manage product standards and reference samples, ensuring proper storage, documentation, version control, and expiration tracking.
- Review and evaluate ongoing manufacturing batches and determine product disposition based on quality standards.
- Conduct stability and compatibility testing, monitor ongoing studies, analyze results, and maintain accurate testing records and tracking spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Packaging, Marketing, Manufacturing, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure testing requirements are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Coordinate the collection, distribution, and evaluation of finished product samples for internal stakeholders throughout the product development and production lifecycle.
- Maintain organized documentation, testing records, and quality data to support compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Minimum of 2 years of Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience in a regulated industry.
- Hands‑on experience performing or supporting stability and compatibility testing.
- Understanding of stability study protocols, sample management, data collection, and documentation practices.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or another related scientific discipline.
- Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, personal care, food, or medical devices.
- Familiarity with quality systems, documentation practices, and product testing requirements.
