Sci Pro is working with an innovative, global, cell-therapy focused biotech. They are developing and commercializing an advanced CAR T-cell therapy, and are in need of an MSAT Scientist to join and support their team.

We're looking for a strong MSAT scientist to support the development and refinement of manufacturing processes for CAR-T/Cell Tx products. This person will perform bio-pilot run experiments, tech evaluations, and process improvement studies. This role is onsite in a Somerset, NJ based lab.

• execute experiments for bio-pilot run comparisons
• assist and operate closed-system and automated platforms (Cue, G-Rex, Lovo, etc)
• Perform some analytical assays (Flow Cytometry, qPCR, ELISA)
• collect and analyze experimental data
• support preparation of study protocols and SOPs

• Bachelors in Biotech, or related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in cell culture (T-Cells preferred)
• experience in a GMP environment and familiarity with cGMP guidelines
• hands‑on experience with aseptic technique and biosafety cabinet work
• hands‑on experience with analytical assays (flow cytometry, qPCR, ELISA)
• experience with basic data analysis and analytical methods
• an ability to be coachable and learn on the job

• 40 hr/wk
• 6-month initial contract (opportunity to extend and/or convert)
• onsite 5-days/week in Somerset, NJ
• No C2C or Visa Sponsorship at this time
