UX Researcher

Job Summary (UX Researcher)

• Collaborate with strategists, designers, and stakeholders to understand and support research needs
• Design research studies by defining research questions, creating approaches, and planning participant recruitment
• Prepare research materials, including participant screeners and research protocols
• Recruit participants from internal panels or through external vendors
• Conduct various research methods such as observation/ethnography, diary studies, user interviews, usability testing, and card sorting
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to extract actionable insights
• Report findings in clear, impactful formats (experience maps, test reports, personas, etc.) to inform design and ideation
• Apply user-centered design principles throughout the research process
• Communicate effectively through written, oral, and visual means
• Manage multiple research studies and balance competing project tasks
• Utilize statistical analysis skills and tools (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS) if needed
• Hold a relevant undergraduate degree (graduate degree preferred) in psychology, anthropology, computer science, industrial engineering, human factors, HCI, or related field
