• Assist in cold food production (salads, sandwiches, etc.).
• Assist the cooks and serve customers.
• Maintain a sanitary environment and help with production records.
• Back up other team members and assist in any area.
• Follow Bureau of Child Nutrition guidelines.
• Attend annual continuing education/training program.

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, stoop, lift 25–50 lbs.
• Use cafeteria equipment such as warmer, fryer, slicer, grill, POS system.
• Arrive promptly and regularly.
• Take direction and work well with others.
• Accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames.
• Concentrate and perform duties accurately.
• Learn and apply policies and procedures.
• React to change productively and handle other tasks assigned.
• Complete all applicable training programs.
• Work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
