Mac Gregor Black is partnering with a Consumer-focused organisation to recruit an E-Commerce Coordinator. This is a permanent role based in New Jersey.

This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-driven individual looking to gain hands-on experience across eCommerce operations, supporting product listings, inventory, and pricing across multiple major retail platforms. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure product data accuracy and operational efficiency across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, update, and maintain product listings across key retail and DTC platforms including Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Home Depot, Shopify, and Tik Tok.
  • Support dropship operations, assisting with inventory monitoring and updates.
  • Assist with pricing updates and adjustments to ensure accuracy and alignment across platforms.
  • Maintain and organise the product reviews database.
  • Respond to internal and external email enquiries related to inventory, pricing, and product information.
  • Enter, update, and manage inventory data through internal systems.
  • Complete ad hoc administrative and operational tasks to support the wider eCommerce function.
  • This is a highly detail-oriented role with a strong emphasis on data accuracy, organisation, and consistency. You will play a critical behind-the-scenes role in ensuring product information is current, optimised, and aligned across all digital channels.
What are we looking for?
  • Strong attention to detail with a high standard of accuracy.
  • Basic Excel skills including sorting, filtering, and simple formulas.
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in an eCommerce or digital operations role.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
