Pay Range: $15.25 - $16.25 per hour

• Ring up customers, answer questions at checkout, and make every transaction feel easy.
• Help customers discover items and create a welcoming experience on the floor.
• Keep your section organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
• Merchandise donated goods so every corner of the floor stays fresh and shoppable.
• Sort, inspect, and price incoming merchandise quickly and accurately.
• Prepare goods for the floor by organizing and tagging.
• Keep the backroom running efficiently so the sales floor never runs dry.

• You show up on time and ready to support your team.
• You’re curious and eager to learn on the job.
• You’re comfortable on your feet and can handle physical tasks like lifting and organizing.
