Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an Advanced Technology Executive specializing in Information Technology staffing sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying and closing new opportunities, targeting sales to current customers and prospects, and contributing to the company's revenue growth by increasing market share. This role requires up to 50% travel.

What you’ll do as the Advanced Technology Executive:
  • Use your sales expertise to acquire new business and sell IT Staffing Services to existing customers.
  • Network continuously to build and grow a strong pipeline of prospective companies.
  • Develop pricing models that promote profitable growth.
  • Manage RFP responses and deliver sales presentations.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Develop marketing strategies to increase market share.
What you will bring to the team:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in IT staffing or related technical services industries.
  • An assertive approach to hunting new business and expanding the staff augmentation practice within your region.
  • Strong sales instincts and experience in a team-selling environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Proven negotiation skills.
  • Excellent planning and presentation skills.
Compensation and Benefits:

Qualified candidates can expect an annual salary starting at $90,000 plus commission. Zones offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan with matching, paid time off, and personal sick leave in accordance with state laws.
