Account Manager – MSP Sales & Client Success

This role gives you the best of both worlds — you’ll manage a book of business (BOB) while also developing new client relationships to drive growth.

What You’ll Do

Account Management (50%)

• Manage and grow an existing client portfolio
• Build strong relationships, conduct regular reviews, and secure renewals
• Spot opportunities to expand services and support client success

New Business Development (50%)

• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects
• Run discovery calls, consultations, and sales presentations
• Draft proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new deals

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of sales/account management experience (MSP/IT services a plus)
• Track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong consultative selling skills and relationship-building ability
• Comfortable juggling both account management and new business
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
