Business Development & Sales Support Associate
Location: On-site | Garwood, NJ

Reports To: Director of Sales & Marketing
The Business Development & Sales Support Associate will play a key role in supporting both the sales and marketing functions within our organization. This position focuses on customer support, market research, data analytics, and business growth initiatives
, helping drive Accurate Bushing Co.’s continued success in the industrial and manufacturing markets.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of technical sales support, data-driven decision making, and customer-facing communication
, while learning the inner workings of a respected manufacturing business.
- Assist the Sales team with marketing & sales corporate programs
. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Support the Business Development process through lead generation, prospect follow-ups, and CRM management.
- Maintain and analyze sales data, performance metrics, and pricing reports to support strategic initiatives. Produce & distribute customer price lists annually.
- Assist with social media accounts, maintaining company website accuracy and SEO status.
- Collaborate with Customers, Representatives, & Regional Managers on promotional campaigns, trade show coordination, and marketing materials
. - Partner with Upper Management to gather and summarize customer feedback for continuous product improvement.
- Prepare presentations, product literature, training documents and internal reports for management and customers.
Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc); experience with CRM systems preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud preferred.
- Ability to interpret and communicate technical information clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset and desire to learn.
- Interest in manufacturing, mechanical components, or industrial markets is a plus.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to (15) pounds at times
